Conduct research, define and document business requirements, and provide analytical and reporting support for performance reporting.
Oversee data quality, develop processes, support compliance and testing of performance tools, and collaborate with multiple business units and vendors for performance verification and system maintenance.
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience with investment performance measurement, analysis, and reporting; broker/dealer experience preferred.
Indian office based role with 3 days per week in-office attendance, working hours 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Strong knowledge of investment concepts, return methodologies, and performance metrics.
Experience with performance measurement and portfolio accounting systems (e.g., Pershing X, First Rate, InvestCloud, Morningstar Direct).
Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration across teams without direct people management; capable of managing multiple projects independently.
