Manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex contracts supporting Takeda R&D globally, including drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, and closeout.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Quality, and external suppliers to ensure compliant contract execution and issue resolution.
Oversee purchase order approval, invoice reconciliation, accrual reporting, supplier onboarding, and ensure compliance with Takeda policies and healthcare regulations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, law, procurement, or related field.
6+ years of relevant experience in business operations or contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of contract management, procurement controls, and healthcare compliance regulations including U.S. Federal Sunshine Act.
Excellent English proficiency and experience using contracting and procurement systems such as Ariba, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Experienced in managing complex contracts within global, matrixed pharmaceutical or R&D environments with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong contract negotiation and project management skills with ability to lead teams and deliver results independently in complex scenarios.
Comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks and compliance obligations related to healthcare and procurement contracts, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
