Work Experience Required: 8+ years
Experienced in managing geographically distributed and cross-functional Agile teams, including offshore/onshore teams.
Capable of driving digital transformation initiatives and familiar with DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise governance standards.
Holds or is familiar with relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or AWS Cloud Certification and has experience delivering enterprise-scale projects.
