Conduct Time & Motion Studies and analyze operational data to identify productivity and process inefficiencies.
Support and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement techniques across manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, and supply chain operations.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations.
Hands-on experience with Time & Motion Study, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.
Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, or operations improvement projects.
Experienced in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain-driven environments such as FMCG, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
Strong analytical skills with practical proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to collaborate across multiple operational teams to drive measurable productivity and waste reduction improvements.
