Design, implement, and maintain network, cloud, and security core services to support public safety cloud solutions with defined SLAs and SLOs.
Develop automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools leveraging modern cloud and AI technologies to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and visibility.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3+ years experience in Network Engineering, Security, or Cloud/DevOps Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle management (AKS, EKS, GKE, and self-hosted clusters).
Proficiency in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scripting with Python and Bash.
Experience with Helm charts, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/Azure DevOps), and core networking fundamentals (L3/L4, load balancers, firewalls).
Experienced in multi-cloud Kubernetes environment operations with ability to integrate application team requirements into platform engineering.
Familiar with automation-driven infrastructure management incorporating AI-assisted coding tools and foundational Agentic AI concepts.
Able to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving agile environments while communicating complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.
