5 to 7 years experience in US and global real estate valuation including due diligence, purchase price allocation, impairment analysis, or financial reporting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or relevant post-graduation from accredited institution.
Proficiency with Argus Enterprise, MS Office, and real estate databases such as CoStar, RCA Analytics, Bloomberg, CapIQ.
Valid passport at time of joining.
Experienced in financial modeling and valuation for multiple commercial real estate asset types using global best practices.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team environment across international offices.
Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills suitable for client-facing and cross-border engagements.
