Own end-to-end management of returns, reverse logistics, and inventory control for high-value technology products, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
Coordinate with air carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to handle shipment bookings, tracking, and clearance activities.
Manage SAP transaction processing including commercial invoices, goods receipt/issue, return orders, and stock transfers, along with reporting on key reverse logistics metrics.
3–8 years experience in air freight operations, reverse logistics, returns management, warehouse or supply chain operations, and inventory management.

Experienced logistics or supply chain professional with strong expertise in air freight and reverse logistics processes, including returns and RMA management.
Proficient in SAP inventory and warehouse modules, capable of handling transaction processing and reporting effectively.
Capable of cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders including carriers, customs, and warehouse teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
