Strong technical troubleshooting skills across servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies including Hyper-V, VMware, Nutanix, Cisco, Fortigate, Microsoft MFA, and email security gateways.
Capable of independently handling escalations and mentoring junior engineers, demonstrating operational focus on incident resolution and client service delivery.
