Manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
Oversee general ledger accounting for areas such as inventory, revenue, SG&A expenses, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations; prepare financial statements and analysis reports.
Drive process improvements in accounting functions, support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with FP&A and operations, and serve as subject matter expert for accounting practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA, CA, or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
Minimum 10 years of accounting experience including at least 5 years in cost accounting.
Proficiency with U.S. GAAP, SAP (ECC 6.0 and/or S4), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Previous management experience is required; familiarity with Power BI, SAP BPC, and SAP Analysis for Office is preferred.
Experienced professional capable of handling full cycle general ledger processes and complex financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Proven track record of managing cost accounting and operational accounting in a performance-driven environment with emphasis on detail and accuracy.
Strategic operator who can implement process improvements and controls, collaborate cross-functionally, and lead accounting teams effectively.
