Experienced in multi-vendor IT infrastructure including Microsoft OS, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, Nutanix), network hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate), and cloud technologies.
Comfortable working in shift-based, 24x7 operational environments managing escalations and actively collaborating across teams.
Holds relevant certifications like CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or Microsoft Technology Associate in IT infrastructure.
