Act as single point of contact for Head Office project teams for assigned work packages, ensuring compliance with specifications, contract constraints, schedule, costs, and quality standards.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and vendors to track engineering deliverables, procurement, manufacturing progress, and site commissioning support.
Manage project financials including budget estimation, cash flow updates, risk assessments, and apply internal standards and good practices across project phases.
10 to 14 years total experience with minimum 5-7 years as Project Engineer in EP/EPC projects.
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in Primavera scheduling (P6 or Primavera Cloud) and knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, EN, ISO).
Experienced in coordinating and reporting progress to remote international project teams (Belgium/USA), with strong operational project management skills.
Technically competent with understanding of mechanical design, P&ID, contract requirements, and supply chain coordination in large-scale engineering projects.
Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and quality compliance while working under pressure in a multi-stakeholder international environment.
