Manage end-to-end execution of complex contracts including CRAs, MSAs, SOWs, CDAs, ensuring compliance with Takeda policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Compliance, Quality, suppliers) for contract negotiation, execution, amendments, and issue resolution.
Oversee purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, accrual reporting, supplier onboarding, and global contract delivery to support Takeda’s R&D portfolio progression.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, law, procurement, or related field.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in business operations or contract management, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated environment.
Strong English proficiency with ability to work on English contractual and business documents.
Experience with procurement and financial systems such as Ariba, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Experienced in managing global contracts and projects in a matrix organizational structure with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drug discovery/development processes and healthcare compliance regulations including U.S. Sunshine Act.
Proven leadership capability to independently drive contract execution, mentor junior staff, and collaborate effectively across geographies and functions.
