Provide design and consulting services for Aruba-HPE network products throughout the full customer service lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, migration, and optimization.
Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with customers and partners, including conducting quarterly reviews, issue resolution, and solution simulation in lab environments.
Travel to customer sites as needed for consulting, training, and business reviews, and contribute to knowledge base publications and process improvements.
Minimum 2+ years experience supporting Aruba products such as IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, and Aruba switches.
Technical knowledge of authentication protocols (802.1x, RADIUS) and methods (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-MSCHAPv2).
Experience with Linux system installation and shell scripting; understanding of Docker containers preferred.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years; Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering preferred; Hybrid work model requiring approximately 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.
Experienced with enterprise network design, implementation, and security, particularly Aruba solutions and related protocols.
Able to independently manage multiple customer projects from planning through optimization and articulate technical designs and action plans to senior stakeholders.
Familiar with advanced network technologies and tools such as Radius, TACACS, PKI, cloud container technologies, SQL/POSTGRES, and Windows domain administration to support complex multi-vendor environments.
