Own the conversion, validation, and error remediation of loan boarding data for transfer into Onity’s loan servicing system.
Develop, configure and maintain the Loan Boarding System and related tools to support data mapping, error checking, and boarding process efficiency.
Coordinate with business units, prior servicers, and technical teams to ensure accurate data transformation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum 4 years’ experience with LoanSphere Loan Boarding (LLB) system.
Mortgage servicing domain knowledge including experience with various loan programs (ARM, HELOC, Commercial, etc.).
Experience with MSP servicing system and advanced PC skills including Excel, Access, Monarch, SharePoint, Adobe.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years mortgage servicing experience or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experienced in analyzing and programming loan boarding files with demonstrated ability to identify root causes and remediate data errors in complex loan servicing environments.
Proven capability in developing tools/processes to improve data quality and visibility and managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple transactions, and adapt to evolving processes and priorities in servicing transaction management.
