Enhance and maintain one or more modules of the Charles River Alpha platform as part of an agile scrum team.
Analyze, design, develop, test, debug software including core framework modifications, and provide troubleshooting for large, mission-critical client implementations.

Experienced full stack engineer with strong background in event-driven architecture and cloud-native development within financial services, especially in portfolio management, trading, compliance, post-trade, IBOR, or wealth management domains.
Comfortable working in an agile scrum team, engaging in cross-team collaboration, code reviews, and mentoring junior staff.
Skilled in developing horizontally scalable, observable cloud-native software leveraging Java, Spring, Kafka, and cloud platforms (especially Azure).
