Ensure implementation of approved accounting policies and compliance with legal standards (HGB, IFRS, GAAP) for assigned organizational units.
Lead and manage a large team overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, driving process optimization, digitalization, and business continuity.
Collaborate with partners, internal and external auditors, and corporate governance teams to maintain internal controls, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Chartered Accountant qualification.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting managing Accounts Receivables, Payables, Closing & Reporting, and General Ledger functions.
Experience working with accounting and finance teams including business CFOs on accounting transactions and reporting.
Willingness to work all shifts and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of preparing and implementing business strategies such as RPA, design thinking, or digitalization initiatives achieving measurable success.
Experience handling diverse teams with cultural sensitivity and driving organizational change.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage effectively with internal/external stakeholders and drive compliance and innovation.
