Lead and manage end-to-end quantitative primary research projects including questionnaire design, survey management, data cleaning, analysis, and presentation of insights to senior leaders.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external research agencies/vendors to align research objectives, sampling approaches, and quality standards.
Support qualitative research activities as needed and proactively identify research opportunities to inform business decisions.
