Own the conversion and validation of loan servicing data from prior servicers into Onity's Loan Boarding System, ensuring data integrity for newly boarded loans.
Develop, configure, and optimize loan boarding systems and associated tools to improve data quality, automate processes, and support bulk and flow transfers.
Coordinate with business units, prior servicers, and technical teams to implement solutions, communicate changes, and meet project milestones including regulatory compliance.
Minimum 4 years of experience working with LoanSphere Loan Boarding (LLB).
Experience required with MSP servicing system and mortgage servicing domain including varied loan programs (ARM, HELOC, Commercial, etc.).
SQL experience and advanced PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, SharePoint, Monarch, Adobe, and LLB required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum 5+ years mortgage servicing experience if degree not held.
Experienced mortgage servicing analyst with deep knowledge of loan servicing data points and mortgage loan documentation interpretation.
Proven ability to independently manage complex, multi-variable data transformation and error remediation under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical mindset with history of implementing controls and process automation to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency.
