Mandatory hands-on experience testing ONT/OLT products and broadband technologies (GPON, XGS-PON).
Proficiency in L2/L3 protocols: TCP/IP, NAT, IGMP, QoS, DHCP, VLAN, PPPoE, and PON components like GEM Frame, T-CONT, GEM Ports.
Mandatory scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, or TCL for automation.
Experienced test engineer comfortable independently managing projects involving broadband access technologies and related network protocols.
Practically skilled with multiple OLT vendor systems, including Nokia, Huawei, and ZTE, for configuration and testing.
Strong technical ability in test automation and network traffic analysis using industry-standard tools and protocols relevant to GPON and WLAN environments.
