Product Manager (Tech) - Compliance & Regulatory Operations Platform

Own end-to-end delivery of compliance workflow features including sanctions screening, AML workflows, fraud detection, and case management in a regulated insurance platform.

Translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear technical system designs and detailed product requirements understandable by engineers, QA, and auditors.

Manage integrations with third-party risk intelligence vendors and drive data model requirements to ensure audit defensibility and prevention-focused compliance workflows across multiple carrier clients.

Minimum 6 years experience in Product Management or Business Systems, with at least 2 years in regulated financial services or insurance.

Direct exposure to compliance operations including sanctions screening, AML/BSA programs, fraud monitoring, or similar regulatory workflows.

Strong ability to write detailed, actionable product requirements that satisfy regulatory and audit needs.

Experience working with distributed teams across US and India time zones and familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira backlog management.

Demonstrated expertise in compliance or regulatory product management for financial services or insurance platforms with operational ownership of AML, sanctions, or fraud workflows.

Comfortable working closely with compliance, legal, and engineering stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into system designs that ensure auditability and compliance.

Experience managing multi-client platforms with configurable workflows and data-intensive systems supporting source integrations, data quality, and reconciliation controls.
