Manage the end-to-end production, review, and oversight of SEC Form N-PORT and N-CEN filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Lead integration efforts with Enterprise Servicing Platform (ESP) support teams, including testing technology solutions and performing data integration.
Oversee team management responsibilities including training, performance reviews, staffing decisions, and ensuring backup coverage for key activities.
8+ years of experience in fund accounting or financial reporting preferred.
Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and general ledger accounting requirements applicable to investment companies, trusts, partnerships, and fund structures.
Experience with Enterprise Servicing Platform (ESP) and ability to perform SQL queries and/or database management is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced manager capable of leading a financial reporting team with oversight of regulatory filings and process improvements.
Strong familiarity with investment company accounting and regulatory filing requirements relevant to US market standards (SEC, IRS).
Comfortable working closely with technology teams on platform integrations, testing, and resolving data/reporting issues.
