Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining by building schedules, dashboards, and digital toolchains to enhance project visibility and control.
Maintain work plans, run Earned Value Management calculations, support risk registers, and prepare management reports for capital projects.
Coordinate procurement/vendor performance tracking, digital/AI enablement including BIM, drone/LiDAR workflows, IoT tracking, and GenAI-based reporting assistants; handle documentation and stakeholder coordination.
2-5 years relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capex projects.
Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience; M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking advantageous.
PMP® preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
Experience managing large capital projects in metals & mining with exposure to multi-billion dollar programs.
Strong technical proficiency in digital/AI project management tools such as 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage detailed planning, reporting, risk mitigation, and cross-stakeholder coordination in complex project environments.
