Lead and manage warehousing and distribution operations across Carrying & Forwarding Agents (CFAs) ensuring best-in-class customer service, safety, quality, regulatory, and cost compliance.
Drive continuous process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives within the CFA network, including training and capability building.
Own cost management and budgeting for regional CFA operations, collaborate to optimize distribution strategies, and ensure audit readiness and compliance across Quality, EHS, Finance, and Trade domains.
Bachelor's degree in Science, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Strong knowledge and experience managing CFAs, third-party logistics partners, and warehouse service providers, including compliance with Quality, EHS, and financial standards.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably CERPS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital tools also required.
Experienced leader capable of managing large-scale, multi-location warehousing and distribution networks with a focus on operational excellence and compliance.
Strategic thinker proficient in driving continuous improvement, digital transformation, and cost optimization in supply chain operations.
Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management expertise to align cross-functional teams towards service delivery and process standardization.
