Design, develop, maintain, and support BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools.
Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and analytical datasets to support operational and strategic reporting.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics, ensure data accuracy, and drive decision-making through data insights.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or Data Engineering.
Proficiency in SQL development and experience with dashboard/report development using Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, large datasets, and strong analytical and communication skills.
Experienced in working independently on complex BI and analytics assignments with limited supervision and able to take ownership of deliverables.
Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, ETL/ELT, and familiarity with modern analytics and data governance tools including Databricks and cloud services.
Capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional global teams, translating business needs into analytics solutions, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.
