Familiarity with IAM/CIAM platforms like Okta, Auth0, Ping, or Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C.
Experienced in managing complex identity solutions balancing security, compliance, and user experience within regulated industries like insurance or financial services.
Proficient in collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Security teams in a global setting to deliver identity capabilities.
Comfortable with Agile delivery practices and data-driven decision making for feature prioritization and product improvements.
