Own and prioritize the product backlog for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle features.
Partner closely with Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams to implement identity protocols and ensure secure, compliant access for carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders.
Track and analyze feature performance metrics to balance security, privacy, and user experience while addressing regulatory obligations relevant to insurance industry.
5+ years of Product Management experience with exposure to identity and access management or customer identity (CIAM).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or related field.
Working knowledge of modern identity standards and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM.
Familiarity with CIAM/IAM platforms (e.g., Okta/Auth0, Ping, Microsoft Entra/Azure AD B2C) and understanding of authentication/authorization models like SSO, MFA, passwordless, RBAC/ABAC.
Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Security teams within a regulated industry or enterprise environment, preferably insurance or financial services.
Proven ability to manage complex product requirements balancing security, compliance, and user experience in identity management.
Familiarity with Agile delivery processes (Scrum/Kanban) and data-driven prioritization for feature improvements based on usage and security metrics.
