Build and maintain integrations and data infrastructure connecting multiple enterprise HR systems (ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse, Lattice) providing governed workforce intelligence.
Establish logging, monitoring, and compliance frameworks for automations handling sensitive HR data with legal and HIPAA oversight.
5-8 years experience with enterprise HR systems at integration or implementation level (e.g., ADP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
Proven production experience building and deploying AI-assisted workflows (not demos or proofs of concept).
Strong API integration skills including RESTful services, authentication, error handling, and access control design.
Experience implementing role-based access controls and knowledge of HIPAA plus PII governance in sensitive data environments.
Experienced in complex HR systems integrations with a data governance and compliance mindset relevant to workforce data.
Capable of independently identifying automation opportunities and owning projects end-to-end without detailed scoping.
Has worked in operationally complex, high-growth environments such as logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing technology companies.
