Minimum 10 years experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience managing CFAs, third-party logistics partners, and warehouse service providers with knowledge of Quality, EHS, and financial compliance.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably CERPS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
Experienced leader capable of managing multi-location warehousing and distribution networks with strong skills in operational excellence and process improvement.
Proven ability to implement digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
Strong at stakeholder management and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficient service delivery in regulated environments.
