Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes using Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accurate general ledger maintenance and balance sheet analysis.
Manage complex accounting schedules including intangible/goodwill amortization, and conduct detailed reconciliations for bank, intercompany, and general ledger to resolve discrepancies.
Support U.S. tax compliance activities, intercompany transactions, audit schedules preparation, and monitor accruals and AP/AR activities ensuring adherence to internal controls and U.S. GAAP.
3–4 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting, financial reporting, or audit, preferably in GCC or U.S.-focused financial services.
MBA (Finance), M.Com graduate, or Semi-Qualified CA.
Advanced MS Excel skills including lookup formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with an enterprise ERP system, preferably Oracle NetSuite; working shift hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) to overlap with U.S. teams.
Experience operating within U.S. accounting standards and compliance frameworks, with a strong focus on complex reconciliations and technical accounting.
Capable of independently driving end-to-end finance close processes in a cross-border work setting involving coordination with U.S. teams.
Comfortable managing detailed financial reporting and audits with a high emphasis on accuracy, controls, and adherence to SOPs in a technical accounting environment.
