Lead and manage infrastructure initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure AutoSys platform solutions.
Drive automation and modernization efforts including cloud adoption, containerization, platform upgrades, and operational efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders such as Principal Engineers, SRE, application teams, and vendors to improve platform reliability, performance, security, and implement self-service capabilities.
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience or equivalent.
Experience with enterprise workload automation platforms (e.g. AutoSys, Control-M, TWS) is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in scripting/automation languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell is required.
Experience with Windows & Linux systems administration and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Experienced in platform engineering or infrastructure for distributed systems supporting workload automation and scheduling frameworks.
Skilled in cloud and container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP) along with CI/CD and infrastructure as code practices.
Ability to lead complex technical projects, resolve critical platform issues, and drive platform governance, reliability, and modernization efforts within large, cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
