Design, develop, and maintain performance test plans and scripts for APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications to meet Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
Analyze application and distributed system performance including AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Apache Kafka; identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Integrate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with technical teams to ensure production readiness and continuous performance engineering throughout SDLC.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Apache JMeter or similar tools, AWS-based applications, Microservices, Apache Kafka, API Testing, and distributed system architectures.
Work Experience Required: 2–4 years in performance engineering and testing.
Experience working closely with Architects, Developers, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
Strong skills in workload modeling, capacity planning, scalability, stress, endurance, and volume testing.
Capability to analyze JVM metrics, Garbage Collection, thread dumps, and optimize performance in cloud-native distributed systems.
