Lead and coordinate development initiatives with State/UT governments and their departments in Ladakh.
Plan, execute, monitor, and refine development projects, including developing monitoring & evaluation (M&E) systems and performance-tracking mechanisms.

5-10 years of relevant work experience.
Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Experience working with State/UT governments, specifically coordinating with departments, district administrations, and senior officials.
Location requirement: Ladakh.
Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams in government or public sector development projects.
Skilled in policy analysis, advocacy, and implementation specifically in trade policy or economic development contexts.
Proficient in project appraisal, risk management, and data-driven monitoring and evaluation in government settings.
