Provide L2 operational support and administration for TransUnion's proprietary cloud data & analytics platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Manage platform workspaces, user onboarding, access, compute services, project setup, and cost monitoring, ensuring seamless support for Data Science and Analytics users.

Experienced GCP Certified Engineer with strong expertise in L2 production support and incident management for GCP data platforms at scale (BigQuery, GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Logging/Monitoring).
Comfortable working operationally with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and escalate complex platform issues.
Skilled in cost monitoring (FinOps), platform configuration, access & role management, and familiar with cloud and on-prem data platform technologies and CI/CD tools (Harness.io, Git, Terraform).
