Own the governance, quality, and usability of client, sales, AUM, activity, and commercial data for EMEA Distribution to enable targeted client engagement and revenue growth.
Deliver scalable insight tools, commercial analytics, and trusted data assets to support better sales, client acquisition, retention, and expansion decisions.
Serve as primary liaison across Distribution, Technology, Data Governance, leadership, and external vendors to maintain data integrity and resolve operational issues.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis, automation, and quality checks.
Experience in data management/governance roles with financial services, asset or wealth management commercial data preferred.
Work onsite minimum three days per week; full-time schedule 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM IST.
Experienced in managing large, complex datasets in distribution or asset management domain, including client hierarchies, AUM, and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
Capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable commercial insights for senior leadership and client-facing teams.
Proficient in cross-functional collaboration with technology, data governance, and business stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
