Minimum 15 years of full-time experience as a data engineer or software engineer.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
Proven experience building data solutions in Commercial Effectiveness or related Value Pools and domains.
Deep experience with Continuous Improvement tools and ETL processes and controls.
Experienced technical leader capable of hands-on engagement and directing complex data engineering initiatives.
Strong background with big data and cloud platforms (preferably Spark and Azure/GCP) and mature Agile and DevOps practices.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement and deliver enterprise-scale data foundation solutions aligned with analytics and AI use cases.
