Own hands-on functional activities across Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 modules related to Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Supplier/Customer Data hubs.
Responsible for end-to-end project tasks including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
Lead preparation of Functional Design Documents and coordinate with technical teams on RICEFW components; manage incident support and change requests including RCA and SR management.
6–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 in AMS, Support, or Implementation roles.
Strong functional expertise specifically in Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Data Hub; experience with Service Contracts preferred.
Education: BE/B Tech or MCA degree required.
Experience with L2/L3 support, incident management, Oracle Service Requests, and integration knowledge between SCM and Finance modules.
Experienced Oracle SCM functional analyst comfortable with both support and implementation engagements across the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
Skilled in detailed requirement analysis and solution design with ability to interface effectively between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Thorough understanding of Oracle EBS SCM module integrations, RICEFW components, and operational support practices to manage complex changes and incident resolutions.
