Own end-to-end functional consulting responsibilities linking customer data analytics to strategic business recommendations for measurable change.
Manage stakeholder expectations including CXO-level, conducting workshops, documentation, sign-offs, and shaping project vision.
Support solution delivery and pre-sales with design of data models, KPI standardization, dashboards, testing, demos, and proof of concepts.
8-12 years of experience in data analytics consulting, preferably with exposure to leading consulting firms.
Experience delivering BI and customer analytics solutions involving churn, segmentation, LTV across marketing, sales, and digital functions.
Technical expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SQL, ETL/ELT processes, and functional design of data models & dashboards.
Location: Navi Mumbai office with short-term travel to client sites (UK/US).
Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders including CXO-level sponsors to drive strategic project outcomes.
Experience handling ambiguous environments independently, leading teams across multiple workstreams of large projects.
Strong blend of business fluency and technical depth in customer analytics, cloud data solutions, and translating insights into actionable business value.
