Support Aruba-HPE products and customers through pre- and post-sales design, consulting, implementation, migration, and network optimization services.
Own the complete service lifecycle including planning, high and low-level design, implementation, migration validation, and continuous network operation improvements.
Conduct quarterly customer reviews, troubleshoot and resolve network issues, simulate customer designs in a lab environment, and collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting Aruba products such as IAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, Aruba switches, or similar networking/security products.
Knowledge of authentication protocols (802.1x, RADIUS), authentication methods (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-MSCHAPv2), network design, and implementation.
Experience with Linux installations and shell scripting; understanding of Docker containers preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in technical consulting with strong expertise in network switching, routing, and security, particularly with Aruba or similar technologies.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks across the full project lifecycle with proficiency in analysis, troubleshooting, and customer interaction at senior levels.
Comfortable working in hybrid model requiring ~2 days onsite per week with willingness to travel to customer sites for consulting and training.
