Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing activities including receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, and loading/unloading to ensure operational productivity and accuracy.
Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
Maintain operational discipline, safety standards, shipment accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives at service centres, hubs, warehouses, and processing units.

Physically fit to perform manual handling of shipments and willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading, communication, computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners; minimum age 18 years.
Experienced in shipment processing and warehouse operations with proficiency in shipment scanning, routing accuracy, and operational data entry.
Capable of supporting shift operations through coaching, workload balancing, and process compliance adherence at scale.
Demonstrates strong operational discipline, safety orientation, attention to detail, and ability to drive operational productivity and quality within a fast-paced logistics environment.
