Manage and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities in Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accurate general ledger postings and GL hygiene.
Maintain and update key financial schedules including Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and various accruals related to vendors, agencies, contractors, legal/severance, and employees.
Perform bank, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations; investigate and resolve ledger discrepancies; prepare cash flow forecasts and cost-center allocation schedules maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and internal controls.
2–3 years of experience in U.S. accounting, general ledger maintenance, or finance operations (preferably within GCC or U.S.-focused corporate environment).
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Semi-Qualified CA required.
Strong MS Excel skills including lookup formulas, pivot tables, waterfall schedules, and data reconciliation.
Experience with a standard ERP system, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
Experienced in U.S. accounting processes with a strong understanding of accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and compliance standards relevant to U.S. entities.
Comfortable working shift hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) to overlap effectively with U.S. teams and manage cross-timezone deliverables.
Detail-oriented operator accustomed to working in dynamic environments requiring strict adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and maintaining data accuracy.
