Execute and support daily operations including shipment processing (receiving, sorting, scanning, bagging, tagging), loading/unloading, and ensuring shipment routing accuracy.
Assist Shift In-charges in work allocation, coaching new employees, managing operational exceptions, and maintaining operational discipline and compliance to SOPs.
Maintain high productivity, quality, safety standards, and support continuous improvement and operational readiness during peak periods.
Minimum 10th Standard pass education.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations.
Physical fitness for manual handling and willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English communication and computer skills; experience with handheld scanners and warehouse systems preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced in logistics or supply chain operational roles involving shipment processing, sorting, scanning, and warehouse operations.
Able to work in fast-paced, shift-based environments requiring operational discipline and adherence to SOPs.
Comfortable coaching and supporting junior staff, assisting in workload balancing, and driving operational quality and safety compliance.
