Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows and low-code/no-code applications using UiPath, Python, Azure Automations, PowerApps, and Power Automate to enable scalable digital capabilities across business functions.
Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities and convert these into efficient solutions adhering to Centre of Excellence (CoE) best practices, governance, and security standards.
Support production monitoring, incident management, Hypercare, and continuous improvement efforts to optimize automation solutions and contribute to CoE maturity initiatives such as reusable components and coding standards.
5–7 years hands-on experience with UiPath, Python, Azure Automations, PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven), and Power Automate Flow/Desktop development.
Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Proficiency in UiPath including RE-Framework, Orchestrator, bots (attended/unattended), queues, and triggers.
Location: Pune with hybrid work (3 days office, subject to change).
Experienced in delivering end-to-end automation solutions including analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support within an Automation Centre of Excellence or digital transformation team or global matrix environment.
Strong expertise in enterprise-grade automation architecture and familiarity with cloud environments (Azure preferred) and CI/CD practices.
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business SMEs, transformation teams, technology, and leadership to align automation solutions with strategic objectives.
