Lead development and implementation of new or revised application systems meeting specific business needs, including feasibility studies, cost/time estimates, and IT planning.
Manage all development phases: analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and provide ongoing user and operational support.
Serve as subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders, ensuring security and compliance, and guiding junior analysts with limited supervision.
8-12 years of application development experience with hands-on Java, Kafka, Big Data frameworks, and distributed systems.
Proficient in Java, Spring, Kafka, and distributed caching/systems (e.g., Apache Ignite, Redis).
