Own daily production, attribution, and analysis of T+1 Profit and Loss (P&L) for business units ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between models, ledgers, and systems; provide daily variance commentary to Front Office traders and senior Finance managers.
Manage stakeholder queries across Finance directors, onshore management, Front Office traders, Fincon, and Risk management while ensuring compliance with risk and control guidelines.
Experience: Financial Control or Product Control experience within Investment Banking environment.
Strong knowledge of financial market products including Loans, Bonds, Credit, derivatives, Cash Equity, Swaps, Options, and Futures; especially Fixed Income products like Bonds, CDS, TRS, IRS, and Loans.
Preferred qualifications: MBA or Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA / CIMA / CFA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and exposure to multiple front office systems.
Experienced in front-to-back Investment Banking processes, capable of understanding complex trade flows and booking structures for accurate funding cost allocation.
Able to manage time effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and escalate issues proactively under pressure.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools responsibly for productivity and workflow enhancements in financial analysis contexts.
