Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes using Oracle NetSuite, ensuring general ledger accuracy and balance sheet flux analysis.
Manage complex accounting schedules and perform detailed reconciliations including bank, intercompany, and GL to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee U.S. tax compliance support, audit preparation, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing calculations, and vendor/payroll accrual reviews ensuring adherence to internal controls and U.S. accounting standards.
3–4 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting, financial reporting, or audit, preferably in a Global Capability Center or U.S.-focused financial services environment.
MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Semi-Qualified CA required.
Advanced MS Excel skills including financial modeling, flux analysis, reconciliations, and experience with enterprise ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
Must be able to work shift hours (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST) to maintain overlap with U.S. teams.
Experienced in complex U.S. GAAP application, technical accounting schedules including leases and goodwill amortization.
Capable of managing deliverables across U.S. and India time zones with strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Comfortable working with cross-border tax compliance, audit support, and intercompany financial processes in a dynamic environment.
