Own setup, configuration, and maintenance of the automation environment and test automation framework.
Design, develop, and maintain reusable automated test scripts including performance tests to ensure product quality and regression coverage.
Communicate testing estimates and status, identify and report defects, participate in design reviews, and mentor other team members.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience required.
At least 3+ years of professional software testing experience.
At least 2+ years of experience creating automation scripts from scratch (not just updating).
Availability for rotational on-call schedule outside standard business hours may be required.
Experienced in full lifecycle software testing with strong skills in test automation architecture and scripting (e.g., Selenium, JavaScript).
Capable of independently managing large, complex QA initiatives including planning, execution, and mentoring with minimal supervision.
Able to analyze test results, defects, and metrics to drive QA process improvements and deliver on schedule.
