Lead and support projects driving competitiveness and transformation across Castrol's value chain, including product portfolio, supply chain network, and manufacturing sites.
Manage execution of Product Cost Competitiveness (PCC), Operational Cost Competitiveness (OCC), industrialization, digital initiatives, and transformation projects within a Performance Unit (PU).
