Prepare and distribute recurring financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for Technology, Operations, and other business units to support leadership decision-making.
Perform expense variance analysis, monitor financial activity, and support monthly close, forecasting, and budgeting processes including budget and long-term financial planning models.
Manage financial data accuracy including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and support audit requests; prepare executive-level reporting and collaborate across Finance and business teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2–4 years of experience in progressive finance and/or accounting roles.
Financial modeling experience required; advanced MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint required.
SAP experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in financial planning & analysis within Technology or Operations, preferably in Financial Services domain.
Strong analytical ability demonstrated through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling responsibilities.
Ability to produce executive-level reporting and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and business partner teams.
