Support daily operations and performance monitoring of the HighRadius Cloud platform for Collections and Cash Application across 80+ countries.
Participate in the HighRadius upgrade and configuration activities including requirement gathering, UAT coordination, training, and post go-live support.
Manage continuous improvement initiatives, reporting and analytics, and vendor relationship/ticket governance for platform SLA compliance and incident resolution.
2–3 years' experience in Collections and/or Cash Application within an Order to Cash environment.
Hands-on experience with HighRadius Cloud Collections and/or Cash Application modules.
Technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with HighRadius.
Location requirement: Hyderabad.
Experienced in managing business system owner responsibilities and governance for HighRadius Cloud in a multinational context.
Strong understanding of Collections and Cash Application end-to-end processes, DSO management, and collector productivity improvement.
Ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders across business and technology teams, manage multiple projects, and contribute to technology roadmaps and KPI monitoring.
