Operate and maintain new data pipelines for validation, transformation, and enrichment of policyholder data used in actuarial modelling and assumption setting.
Investigate and resolve data issues proactively and upon stakeholder request, ensuring data integrity through validation and quality checks.
Produce reports, dashboards, and documentation; support audit queries; and ensure high-quality, compliant outputs within agreed timelines.
1-4 years of relevant Data Analytics experience (depending on role level).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Data Analyst certifications are advantageous.
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, Power Query) and experience using Power BI and/or Python for data analysis and automation.
Experience with data governance, quality, validation practices, and working within heavily audited Financial Services or similar environments.
Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills focused on data integrity and accuracy in actuarial model-related data.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and working within established frameworks and defined processes in Financial Services.
Familiarity with UK Life Insurance context and technical skills in Databricks, Spark, Spark SQL, and Python/PySpark preferred but not mandatory.
